Wesco Turf, an exclusive representative for Toro products specializing in turf management and irrigation solutions, has contracted with HDE, Inc. to design build a $1.1 MM manufacturing facility at their Lake Mary location. HDE was selected based upon their reputation for numerous light industrial projects. Cuhaci and Peterson Architects have begun design and construction is expected to commmence early 2009.

HDE, Inc. completed Chickasaw Retail Center Phase I, an 18,000 SF facility designed by Cuhaci & Peterson Architects. Poseidon VIII Investments LLC expressed great satisfaction with the quality and timeliness that HDE delivered. Richard Law, the owner, requested that HDE Superintendent, Darren Thompson, and Project Manager, Dan Parks, be available to build Phase II, slated to start in early 2009.
HDE, Inc. was recently selected to build the Bella Casa Resort near SeaWorld in Orlando. More details are to be reported in the coming weeks after financing is secured.

Office/Retail Boom
Lake Mary, FL – HDE, Inc., a general contractor and construction manager in Lake Mary, was recently awarded the Longwood Village Business Center. The project will include a 17,000 square foot office/retail center. The project is located at 480 S. County Road 427 in Longwood.
