Anchored by Rebounderz, a youth entertainment facility, and also housing American Top Team, this center is completely leased and occupied.
This top quality project was completed by HDE, Inc. in just seven months, in spite of significant sitework challenges and design changes.

HDE, Inc. was selected by Poseidon VIII Investments, LLC, based upon an aggressive schedule, a compettive price, and a proven ability to work with Cuhaci & Peterson Architects to deliver a high quality project.
With a site work package of nearly $1.0 M that inculded a 1.5 acre retention pond, 400 LF of county road, a lift station and site utilities for Phase I and II, this was a very unique project.
The owner is so pleased with the performance of the project team, he has requested the same HDE Superintendent and Project Manager for Phase II, scheduled to start early next year.

This 16,000 SF two story retail center was built for JNS Development of Miami, FL in seven months. The shopping center contains retail space on the first floor with office suites on the second floor. HDE was selected based upon their competitive pricing, value engineering contribution, proposed project team, and retail experience.

In collaboration with Unicorp National Development and the Scott Partnership Architects, HDE completed this Retail Center in November 2003, just 5 ½ months from groundbreaking, located on Vineland Ave. next to Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede. Architectural features include a pre-engineered elliptical dome towering 48 feet above the brick paver plaza. The Center was fully leased within days of completion.

BPS Corporation selected HDE to build their first apartment building venture based upon a presentation and interview process. Located one block from the Atlantic Ocean, the project offered many design, regulatory, and construction challenges and was completed in three phases. A happy owner had the building 90% occupied within thirty days of completion in June, 2006.

This attractive retail center includes a Washington Mutual Branch and a Mellow Mushroom restaurant to anchor the building. HDE completed this project in 170 calendar days in accordance with the contract documents and within the project proforma budget.

The CNL Bank in Lake Mary is a 5,400 square foot facility located in the forefront of Oakmont Shopping Center. This facility was completed and opened in January 2000, just six months after groundbreaking.
This high finish facility is the first of its kind featuring all brick exterior, two bell towers, copper and tile roofs, and such interior elements as Italian marble and mahogany casework.
HDE, Inc., in partnership with Robert Reid Wedding Architects and CNL, delivered a project of the highest quality on time and within budget.
